Are you interested in hunting Black Bears in Arizona or New Mexico?  Arizona & New Mexico offers a unique Black Bear hunting experience both behind hounds and spot and stalk style of hunting. Arizona & New Mexico are more common then most areas for the variety of color phase Black Bears roaming the hills.

In Arizona, We use a Lodge for hunters located near the Mogollon Rim in prime Bear country. If your Bear Hunting with us behind the hounds. After a day of bear hunting, come back to the lodge and enjoy some good food and a relaxing night with a bed, hot shower, WiFi, and more. Come experience Arizona bear hunting with quality accommodations and high success rates behind some of the most passionate and experienced hounds and houndsman in the Southwest.  

If you are pursuing bears behind the hounds. Most days hunting will be spent riding around utilizing the road systems to cover as much ground as possible from a 4x4 Truck or UTV until a fresh track is located. Once a fresh track is located the chase is on for the hounds to catch up and tree or bay the Bear for a shot opportunity. We also pursue Bear on foot and mules behind the hounds in more roadless and wilderness areas based on the circumstance.

We also offer spot and stalk style black bear hunts.  These hunts are very physical foot hunts and require a lot of hiking and glassing in rugged terrain to locate a bear for a shot.  We have been consistently successful hunting bears spot and stalk style as well. We offer both spot and stalk style and hound hunts for black bears and hunt different areas for both style of hunts with the same results. Our spot and stalk bear hunts are extremely physical hunts on the body. Come well prepared. Pick which option best interests you and lets go bear hunting!
